Sports physicals are required for students participating in sprots for grades 5 - 8. Physicals required for sixth grade will fulfill the sports requirement.

Other school physicals needed by grade for Illinois students:

Preschool:	Physical and dental examinations are required.
Kindergarten:	Physical, dental, and vision examinations are required (including lead and diabetic screening).
Second:	Dental examination is required.
Fifth:	No physical is required any more, but students will still need to meet required Hepatitis B guidelines for entrance to 5th grade. Letters will be sent home to inform families if immunizations are needed.
Sixth:	Physical and dental examinations are required. (Physicals from 5th grade will be accepted for 2008-2009 school year only.)
