Physical Exams
Sports physicals are required for students participating in sprots for grades 5 - 8. Physicals required for sixth grade will fulfill the sports requirement.

Physical and dental examinations are required. |
| Kindergarten: |
Physical, dental, and vision examinations are required (including lead and diabetic screening). |
| Second: |
Dental examination is required. |
| Fifth: |
No physical is required any more, but students will still need to meet required Hepatitis B guidelines for entrance to 5th grade. Letters will be sent home to inform families if immunizations are needed. |
| Sixth: |
Physical and dental examinations are required. (Physicals from 5th grade will be accepted for 2008-2009 school year only.) |
Physical and dental exams are to be turned in by the first day of student attendance.
