In an Angelus message this summer, Pope Francis captured the essence of our mission in Catholic education. He said, \u201cthe encounter with the living Christ in his great family which is the Church fills hearts with joy, for it fills them with true life, with a profound goodness that endures.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Encounter with Christ in the Church is at the heart of the mission we share in Catholic education.\u00a0 The values we emphasize every day in every school across the diocese give form to our encounter with Christ.\u00a0 Foremost among what we value is that dedicated Catholic educators incorporate faith into our classrooms no matter the subject.
